Features:
light weight and high strength:The relative density of between 1.5 to 2.0, only 1/4 ~ 1/5 of carbon steel, but the tensile strength was close to or even more than carbon steel, the strength can be compared with that of superior alloy steel.
impact resistance:The strengthening fiber-glass materials criss-cross the structure of the products, which helps to improve the impact resistance of FRP sheet. When impacted by spalls or hails, they are hardly broken.
fire retardant:the fire-retardant of FRP plank is divided into ordinary gradeⅠand gradeⅡ. The oxygen index of the gradeⅠof fire retardant is ≥32, the grade retardant is ≥26. It meets the standards of the fire brigade department.
Cuttability:It avoids damages to cutter heads, and does not delay excavation.
heat resistance: heat resistant grades of our engineered plastic composites offer property retention and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. FRP material grades are available to meet or exceed UL temperature index ratings of 120℃ electrical and 130℃ to 210℃ mechanical.
